The bedrooms are quiet and have dark drapes, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious and equipped with Wi-Fi and a smart TV. The bathroom is modern and well-equipped. If you need additional amenities like tissues and lotion, the staff is happy to provide. The air conditioning works well.

We were given a room on the lowest level, which had no outside view and felt like a basement. We had a terrible experience with constant noise from other guests and staff in the corridor, starting early in the morning.

Some hotel facilities were problematic, the staff would provide basic information but they were not very hospitable, basic breakfast, expensive bar.

It is a well-kept property located in Aurelio district adjacent to many bus lines stopping right at the courtyard entrance for the guests who want to enjoy the free parking. The atmosphere is quiet, professional stuff who provided us fantastic service. The hotel has peaceful and reasonably priced location in the outskirts of Rome.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and made me feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were large and comfortable with excellent facilities. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was superb. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in if you're going to Rome.

The service at this venue is excellent and it is conveniently located within 30 km of the airport, next to Old England SRL. The Aurelio district is a great choice and definitely worth a visit.

Very nice rooms and facilities. A bus stop right our side was a nice plus as well.

Apart from one of the younger gentle men at the front desk who was very helpful when we had a few questions regarding the area and transport, on check in and check out we dealt with 2 older gentlemen and it felt like because we were traveling with backpacks and in casual attire we were not taken seriously or given the expected level of service and courtesy.

I really got great value for my money at Occidental. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location was convenient with buses right in front and easy access to the main attractions. The staff, including Ms. Ela, Mr. Zahid, and Mr. Marco, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The morning meal could be improved with hotter food options.
